Hailey Brown is an entrepreneur, former elite athlete, author, speaker, and advocate for intentional personal growth. Through her own journey, she has discovered that some of life's most painful seasons can become the foundation of our most powerful purpose.
As a former Team Canada basketball player and four-year starter at the University of Michigan, Hailey learned early about discipline, resilience, and high performance. But it was through the seasons of transition, healing, and rebuilding that she developed an even deeper understanding of identity and the importance of knowing who you are beyond what you achieve.
Today, Hailey uses the lessons and experiences from each chapter of her journey to inspire and equip women to become more intentional about the lives they are building and the women they are becoming.
Rooted in mindset, identity, and personal growth, Hailey’s work brings together speaking, storytelling, personal development, and community. She is passionate about creating spaces where women feel inspired to learn, reflect, connect, and grow.
At the heart of it all is a belief that continues to shape Hailey’s own journey and the work she shares with others: know who you are, believe in who you can become, and do the intentional work to get there.
